PAYMENT

2.1 After receiving our confirmation, you can make payment through: ~DBS/POSB ibank transfer(preferred) ~ATM transfer 2.2 After making payment, please mail us your transaction details in the given format as stated in the payment invoice. 2.3 Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a payment verification email and proceed to mail out your parcel in the next 2 working day before 5pm, unless otherwise stated. 2.4 Once item(s) are mailed out, we will duly notify you via email.

Terms and Conditions

Prices stated are non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges. Item(s) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless serious defects are found. Items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within 24hr of confirmation to secure your purchases. Secretshoppingbag reserves all rights to reject any orders. Secretshoppingbag will not be held responsible for any lost or damages sent via normal postage should you not opt for registered postage.
